By accessing or using the services of 8 Muay Thai Pte. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), including attending classes or visiting our facilities, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Membership & Class Booking

Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Bookings are required for classes and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes.

2. Code of Conduct

All members and visitors must:
Treat others with respect and courtesy
Follow instructor and staff directions
Use equipment safely and responsibly
Wear appropriate training attire
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct.

3. Health & Safety

You confirm you are physically fit to participate in MMA, BJJ or Muay Thai training.
You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions.
We are not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due in advance for memberships or sessions.
Missed or late payments may result in access suspension.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All class content, branding, media, and training materials are the property of 8 Muay Thai Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lost & found items will be retained for maximum period of 1 month where they will otherwise be disposed of.

7. Limitation of Liability

Use of our facilities and services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8 Muay Thai Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Amendments

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
